Our Delivery & Returns Policy
We process your order right away. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and are normally delivered in 1 working day in the UK. Exceptional circumstances can result in your order taking up to 28 days for delivery. Reasonable provisions are made from our end but variation of postal factors can affect delivery times.
Delivery of orders is limited to addresses with mainland UK postcodes.
All orders are charged at £4.95 for delivery via courier service in the UK.
What happens if I am not in?
A card should be posted through letterbox to advise of a failed delivery and give a re-delivery date or a phone number to contact to arrange delivery at your convenience.
As your canvas is made for you and not resalable we can only accept faulty or damaged goods being returned. Shipment costs will be met by the purchaser. A returns number will need to be included upon return - you can get this number by speaking to your customer service staff.
As we use the finest quality, naturally occurring canvas, along with natural wooden frames variations within these materials will not be deemed as faulty or damaged. Always speak to us before returning goods. Only goods with a valid returns number clearly marked on the outer packaging will be accepted by us.
Goods must always be returned complete, in original packaging and in the same condition as sent.
